At the current rate, gathering the remaining $55,000 seems possible.
While a lot of people are not pleased with the lack of ports, it is possible that later down the line, at a later date, the English version will be ported to other platforms (personally, a Vita port would be lovely).

This is incorrect, Sekai Project ultimately made the decision to keep the 1280x960 resolution:
