That's even if the Kickstarter is successful. With 19 days and $250,000 to go, things aren't looking very good right now. They're gonna need some sort of miracle if they want it to succeed.

The Kickstarter is solely for the PC version. The PS Vita and iOS/Android versions will be made even if (when?) the crowdfunding campaign fails. The developers are self-funding the handheld release, but heard a lot of cries from the west about a PC version.

Yeah given the amount they are asking for and the amount of time left, this kick-starter is going fail.
