I was checking my contributions and error reports and noticed that I had some outs on my contribution list for Dictatorial Grimoire.
When I looked over what I had submitted for information, I noticed that the USA release dates I added for the title had been removed. They also haven't been replaced by new release dates for the USA. When I looked through the Releases list, there is an upcoming "Complete Collection" release for the title. But this shouldn't negate the original three volumes' release dates. May I ask what was wrong with the dates I added? This way, I can avoid making the same mistake in the future if I did indeed make an error. |

There should be no reason for US releases to have a release date entered because they should be added as a proper release with store links and prices etc. There are three removed release dates that appear to match three volumes in the release list. Moreover, looking at the first release it was added in February 2013, so it would already have been there when you added your release date in June. |

Huh.
I guess that's a little confusing because when I looked through the Releases list at the time I added them and when I look through it now, the only one that comes up on the list for Dictatorial is this one. I had assumed this meant that the releases weren't in the list, so they wouldn't be added to the dates section without manual entry. And since the dates section is a separate page than the main entry for the manga, I also thought that the Encyclopedia is trying to be as detailed as possible for reference information. From what it sounds like, though, is that because the USA releases are listed with dates and prices under the graphic novel section of the main page, they don't need to be added to the release dates page? If that is correct, there is a HUGE number of manga entries that have "English" release dates. (I mentioned that peeve here.) So I guess I'm more confused  Sorry!
