Probably worth mentioning that the official site now has official profiles and an official synopsis, which it didn't have during ANN's last article on the subject.

Thought this would be the article that would post the updates from the site, but nope. User above already linked it.
Disappointed that Tri isn't an alternate route after Adventure 01. Now Omegamon will lose to Alphamon and the 02 children take over...again 
That "Daisuke" code that was found on the website months ago was true. Hello Maki!

When I saw the name "Daisuke", I almost vomited blood, crap diarrhea and compensation and began having murderous thoughts.
After reading the rest of the article.........I felt relieved.

I wonder if Maki is exclusive to tri? I don't recall ever seeing her in the original show of Digimon.

Why are you relieved? Tri is set 3 years after 02(6 years after 01), from he recent Tri site update. Daisuke is going to show up in a future article anyway. lol |

And for Naruto fans, the dubbed Daisuke/Davis is Rock Lee. I wish they had finished dubbing Fusion but it seems they won't. If they had dubbed Fusion and put on the Nicktoons site from the get go (as in, stream online and not air it on TV), then they might not have to worry about failing in ratings.
