Hmm, maybe that's an alternate version of DIO based on the possibility of him fulfilling his original plan and creating Stairway to Heaven?

Regardless, he looks pretty fabulous.

Looking at him now, Heaven DIO looks rad as hell (or heaven Razz).

If that's the case, then he must be from a timeline where he killed Jotaro or maybe...
