Hear, hear! OVA's get subbed much later, if at all, and this looks too interesting for me to be able to bear that uncertainty.
The art certainly is beautiful, and the plot sounds good, too. Hopefully, the anime will be able to do a fair enough job; though a mere 12-24 episodes for a 13-volume novel couldn't possibly aim for excellence, especially if the novel has an underlying plot in addition to episodic mysteries. But then again if the anime's well-received enough the novel or the manga adaptation might get translated. *Fingers crossed*
