You say that Aqours and Idolmaster will be at Otakon? Are you positive you didn't mean Anime Expo? I've checked the Otakon website and cannot find any information regarding this.

The note about gearing up for Anime Expo is misleading. The goods won't be shipped until September, presumably in time for the finale of the live tour in Saitama and likely live viewings that will accompany it.
