How can it be celebrating it's 10th anniversary when it's the 11th anniversary now?

Anyway, that's pretty awesome. Definitely one of the best memories I have of anime culture as a whole was the whole Haruhi dance fad. And the Haruhi franchise in general is a classic in my eyes.

The Haruhi series is a really fun watch. I just watched it recently and it have aged pretty well. I hope they'll make more eventually since they still haven't covered a lot of the novels

Correction: Minori Chihara was a pre-announced artist for Friday's concert but was a surprise guest for Saturday's concert, singing the K-On! ED "Don't Say Lazy" with Mimori Suzuko.

PS for reasons unknown to be I was getting DNS failures trying to access animenewsnetwork.com using International roaming or hotel wi-fi on my mobile handset in Japan.

I would like to think this is preamble for an announcement that Kyoani will make the final book of the series, but chances are I am reading too much into what was probably a promotion stunt :/

Does this mean that Hirano Aya's rehabilitation is finally complete? I sure hope so for her sake.

Like Kogeru I was scratching my head at the tenth anniversary reference since the show aired in 2006. I had just started watching anime at the time, and Haruhi was one of the first shows I followed on a weekly basis.
