Obviously they picked the song because of the animals, but there IS a spiritual bond shared between Miku cuteness and Kemono cuteness.

That video is definitely adorable though it also made me a bit sad when I remember that the franchise is stuck in development limbo due to the series of poor choices made by Kadokawa.
