Is it true that the Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid anime will return in April?

I have seen a big bunch of people say that the Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid anime is supposed to get a season 2 in April but i cant find any information about it anywhere.
Is it just a rumor that many people seems to believe or is it true?
