I honestly thought it was weird we didn't get the 3DS ones - arcade tie in or no, we tend to get Dragon Ball everything (reminded me of how we didn't get that one very visually impressive DS Dragon Ball Kai game). But this does come not long after that Dragon Ball Tour featured an English version arcade machine, so I maybe it's one of those "this branch has to be on the same page as that one" things, or they somehow REALLY didn't think we'd want this particular Dragon Ball product before...
