Also Weathering with You will be at the festival as a Work-in-Progress feature, I was kinda hoping that it would be in competition considering it comes out in japan the following month. I don't know if i can afford the more expensive ticket to see the work in progress films :'(

Annecy always plays the most artsy and groundbreaking animated films. Basically all the stuff I’m interested in. I wish the U.S. had that kind of appreciation for animation
