Hello there, is there anyone users on ANN that loves to see more J-Pop acts do an opening and ending theme of the songs, it would be great, as there are some J-Pop acts that haven't done anime intro/ending theme for the anime, only few of them.
Here is mine for an upcoming anime: Dr. Stone Opening: MONKEY MAJIK Ending: Marie Iitoyo Vinland Saga Opening: UVERworld Ending: YUI Cop Craft Opening: BUMP OF CHICKEN Ending: Chiaki Maruyama Beastars Opening: THE ORAL CIGARETTES Ending: Wakana (of Kalafina fame) Pokemon Sword and Shield: Opening (1st): XOX Ending (1st): Rica Matsumoto So, your thoughts? |

I think that the artists need to take the anime and anime fans fully on-board to do anime OP/ED songs justice. FLOW did this. Otherwise it just seems like a record company being on the production committee trying to get more exposure for artists uncommitted to anime. |
