That is one of the odder premises I have seen for a josei manga though It's Disgusting to Call This Love is a great title for a romantic comedy. Considering that the guy is a womanizer that asks for a kiss with his little sister's high school friend this is several levels of wrong but it still sounds a hundred times better than Fifty Shades of Grey. Also the anime could be funny if the story is mostly comedic.
