So what they are really saying under that grandiose title is the MHA is the 2nd most talked about show in their statistics. Which might come from the fact that anime fans can get quite involved in discussion of their shows.

Yes, basically. It’s also important to keep in mind that shows on the list aren’t always necessarily being talked about in a positive manner. So a show that is being pretty heavily and widely bashed is just as likely to appear on this list, as one that is getting raves. It does take into account pirated viewing though, so it does give a better picture of how often streaming and premium cable shows are actually being watched. |
