Light novel licenses should really tell you up-front when it's a slave title.

Eh? It is? I didn't see that mentioned in the article, though I may just be blind. With very few exceptions slavery in series makes me feel quite uncomfortable. I only read a couple chapters of the manga before I lost interest, but I guess that will be reason enough for me to avoid picking it up again in the future. It's a shame because the description seems quite comedic and I don't see how slavery can be light-hearted.

Well ****. I thank you for the heads-up. This summary sounded just bland but knowing that, I'll likely steer clear. I've yet to see any series tackle slavery in a fantasy series and not have it be used as a demeaning fetish device or outright implying it is A-OK.
