I'm still not sure why they aren't releasing this game internationally. Is it technical issues? Or is there something else?
IMO it'd definitely be more profitable than the old Final Fantasy re-releases.

Maybe a later announcement. If I remember, during that Dragon Quest livestream a while back, the only title shown fine printed "No plans for an international release" in the English broadcast was Dragon Quest X Online. So Offline might have a chance for a localized release.
