^ She was in the remake of the first movie as that one Blastoise trainer. Never in the anime proper though.

None of these characters look as interesting as the old cast.

It probably won't happen, but I'm hoping to see Jessie, James and Meowth in the new Pokémon anime. Even better if they reformed or retired from Team Rocket, and just become semi-recurring allies to the new characters.

It'll be interesting to see if they find a way to bring back Team Rocket or focus on Team Star.
