Why Capcom can do this with this game but Squeenix can't with Record Keeper?

I think it'll ultimately come down to if there's enough interest and related to that if it's a type of game that's worth playing offline without the online component. I'm not too familiar with either game but this sounds like a typical side-scrolling Mega Man game?

Very curious for if new content comes to the Global version, if they plan to release it in the offline version after a while in an update patch, or if the offline one will just be everything up till now and miss out on any new content that may come out in future.

So far, it seems like it'll just be all of the old events that the mobile game already had--minus the crossovers, so no Devil May Cry or Monster Hunter stuff. New content doesn't seem likely.
