No, they don't. They've produced everything from cheap-looking comedies to good looking comedies to GI Joe Resolute which was a direct attempt to ape Gonzo's work on Sigma Six.
Still, Polygon? Their latest project, Spider-Man Freshman Year just revealed its first footage, and the internet's response was to IMMEDIATELY call for it to get canceled and for Marvel to just make a Spider-Man 98 show.

Which isn’t even worth taking seriously since between the fact that’s largely born out of nostalgia. Fox’s Spider-Man show animation wise was the worse looking show Fox had on the Network at the time.
Now try to imagine that with the X-Men 97 animation
