Open world action RPG in the Bakumatsu era? Feels pretty popular lately, but why not.

Amazing trailer. Just seeing him drop down and start riding the horse made me instinctively say "Hashire! Nobu!". Good times.

It kind of reminds me of Arkham Knight where you could be gliding, and then call for the Batmobile to be there when you touched the ground.

Is it "popular lately?" The only thing similar that comes to mind is Like a Dragon: Isshin, which is a remaster of an older game. And even that is probably more attributable to the Yakuza series popping off more recently.
Next closest might be Ghost of Tsushima, but the overall gameplay is pretty different here.
