I think Punpun is absolutely amazing, but would I put myself through reading it again? No. I don’t feel like smashing my heart apart again!

A lot of his works are like that, although I do own Solanin.

I'm sorry, english isn't my first language, I don't understand his sentence?

I think a word or two got lost during the editing phase. It should read "the story follows Punpun's hard-luck life as he makes his attempts to save his elementary school crush Aiko his entire world, only to realize at the end that he's been a ghost in his existence."

Basically, he was living through his love for Aiko, neglecting his own life.
