Really happy to see a manga greenlit for this so quickly.

Considering Ishibumi's health issues in recent years, leading to a lack of new mainline DxD releases, this Junior DxD spin-off series by Shinonome has been a great way to keep the franchise active and relevant, and media mixing with this manga adaptation will definitely help contribute to that.

The original High School DxD manga also ran in Monthly Dragon Age, so Junior DxD will be right at home there.
Considering the other recent news of Full Metal Panic! Family also getting a manga in the magazine, it feels like this is all a sort of homecoming for multiple Fantasia Bunko comic adaptations. Smile

Fingers crossed that we get all these sequels and spinoffs in the US when Yen finishes releasing the main series.

Woah I had no idea that Ishibumi was that ill. I guess that would explain why the main DxD LN series ended if that is the case? But I hope has been recovering well.
