I guess Bandai Namco is not saying it outright, but this is Dragon Ball Project Multi, the game that had a network test last year, with a new name.

Meh. I'll be skipping this one. I'm not a big MOBA guy, so this doesn't really appeal to me. I am a little annoyed this has English dubbing though. It seems like Dragon Ball is basically the only anime game that Bandai Namco bothers to dub anymore.
