It’s a damn shame; Richa was a great singer, dancer, and entertainer, and his departure is no doubt a huge blow to the group. The online reception following his arrest seemed supportive and sympathetic towards him, but it’s not hard to imagine that the pressure got too hard to bear, what with the scrutiny following the STARTO/Johnny’s debacle and the recent scandal around Taichi Kokubun, and him having to learn a whole new instrument after the group’s bass player was fired.
I hope he has a lot of support around him, and that Ae! group stay on good terms with him even after his departure.
