So... Aniplex is licensing this those titles to OceanVeil, but not on its subsidiary? Yeah I still don't understand the way those guys work.

You know, since Aniplex is streaming some titles on OceanVeil anyway, it'd be nice if they used the opportunity to finally put the uncensored versions of Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs and Ayakashi Triangle up for streaming.
Those have been exclusive only to Japanese blu-rays for years now.

Yeah. Streaming on a service within the same company would seem like a no-brainer, but they've been content to not renew so many things. I doubt if Ocean Veil is paying so much that it enticed Aniplex to pull stuff out of the closet.
