Brain injuries could be potentially life ruining in the long run even when treated (hopefully not in her case), the moron who did this needs to catch a few good years of jail time.

But the venue/organizers need to be held responsible as well, if they had to specifically tell people not to crowd surf/stage dive/whatever happened here, then they knew this was a possibility and did not do their due diligence to keep it from happening.

As Bocchi could tell you, stage dives are no joke.

If it was the show I think it was then I can't say about the other 2 acts that were there (Maximum the Hormone and Atarashii Gakko) but it was a Babymetal produced festival show with them as the headline act and likely mostly people there were there for BM and you always see crowd surfers at Babymetal shows or any of the festivals they are part of as it along with most pits and stuff is just a regular and normal part of the more metal scene.

They even encourage that stuff by calling for mosh pits and stuff and I've heard Su-Metal say at a couple festivals before for crowd surfers to start so yeah that stuff is just normal, encouraged and expected for there shows and festivals they attend.

33:50 for instance.

In my country, there was a very famous singer that tripped off stage and died on impact, at a relatively young age too. Shit happens, but concerts have a lot of danger and risk factors because of how elaborate and grand the events are.
