Whelp, there's no more question about who Walpurgisnacht is anymore. The Homura lookalike's umbrella has a gear on it, and it looks like Walpurgisnacht's dress, but also, her magical girl symbol on her fingernail is a petal in the same shape as a petal from Walpurgisnacht's mandala halo, which the movie trailers keep showing us. We can infer that the new girls and the Homura lookalike come from the LoC because they all share black collars, white pupils, and now presumably a missing soul gem on their magical girl rings, as we see with the Homura lookalike's hand. The mystery girl has a white collar, though, so she is not their ally. I think Homura already knows about the LoC girls who are crawling around her barrier, but this mystery girl is the one she's surprised about. I have a feeling this new mystery girl isn't even a real girl at all, but a construction or consequence of Homura's barrier or her removing the human part of Madoka. Otherwise, there's not a lot we don't already know or can't infer from previous trailers. The teeth mystery is getting weirder, though. I can understand checking Homura's mouth, as teeth were a part of her whole schtick, but Madoka? The ones checking are also different characters. The girl checking Homura's mouth has these really wide sleeves, whereas the person checking Madoka's mouth is the Homura lookalike.
Also, I'm of the opinion that "Shichouka" is actually Chinese. For one, her name reads as Murasaki Hashido(i) in Japanese, which while it means "Lilac", it reads like a name, too. However, from said logic, it's read as "Shi Chouka" (as in, separating the family and given names, which would match the formatting of the furigana in the twitter post), and is onyomi, making it quite unusual. Reading names that have kunyomi exclusively by their onyomi is common specifically for when you are reading a Chinese name in Japanese. Thus, her name would be "Shi Chouka" in Japanese, and "Zi Dingxiang" in Chinese. For English fans, we tend to lean toward the characters' native tongue with reading names, so if I'm right, the most appropriate name to call her by would be "Dingxiang", not "Shichoka".
The new Wraith designs, though... I hate them. I watched the trailer in the morning when it released, and then went to bed afterward, only to have nightmares about them. I do not want. This is a bad development for my psyche. DX
