This is either that Donkey Kong project that Nintendo and Illumination apparently filed copyright information for or the Star Fox movie that I’m still convinced Illumination secretly wanted to make. I’ll force myself to watch Super Kid if I’m wrong.

*looks up Super Kid* WOAH! Calm down! Don't do anything crazy! Just watch the Super 17 Arc and we'll call it even.
I would think the Donkey Kong Film is more along then a Star Fox Film and considering Donkey Kong was not in Galaxy I'm assuming he was off doing his own thing which would be his own film.

I would love to see a DKC movie. I've imagined some ideas for it in my head, like maybe the Kremlings need Pauline because only she can activate the destructive power of the Crystal Coconut or something, but Donkey Kong keeps protecting her to the point where he takes her all the way to the top of the Empire State Building while K. Rool chases them in his airship?

Since it's Nintendo & Illumination we can safely say that it's not the Legend of Zelda feature film that's currently in production. Guess they're aiming for 2027 with that release then

A DKC movie featuring King K. Rool and the Kremling Krew as the main antagonists would be awesome to see. Only thing is I really don't like is Seth Rogen's voice coming out of Donkey Kong. If Rogen actually gave DK a voice instead of just using his actual regular voice, like Jack Black did for Bowser, I'd probably be ok with that... But that won't happen. He sounds the same in all his roles.
