Anyone here particularly adept with flash?
Is there any way to force a URL onto a flash banner without programing some sort of support (either a hardcoded url or the ability to accept a falsh var) into the flash banner? For example, when you want an image to link to http://www.ann.com you do this:
unfortunately this doesn't work for flash banners. We've created a script that passes urls onto flash banners with flash vars, but the problem is that the people who give use flash banners need to first program their banners to accept the flash var, and unfortunately many people seem to be having problems with this. I'd much prefer not having to put any of the responsability for this sort of thing on our sponsors. Make their life as easy as possible.... Can anyone offer a suggestion? -t |
