well rave master did get taken off air some time ago so i guess later volumes would by harder to find i'll try looking though

I'm pretty sure the TokyoPop DVD release got cancelled, so any complete DVD release out there is likely to be illegal bootlegs.

Yep, TokyoPop's release got cancelled after 20 or so episodes were released. Hopefully, now that FUNimation has all of TokyoPop's licenses, maybe we'll get some Legit Boxsets.
