Cowboy Bebop and Rune Soldier Some questions

I just have a few questions about both theses series.


spoiler[ In CB wtf happen to the earth. I just got the entire series and had enjoyable afternoon watching it. Maby I missed something while grabbing a coffee inbetween spots. From the one aspect looks like there was a major explosion on the moon.

When exactly did faye get frozen it seems further into the future like 2010 or somthing just seems strange that they had recording on beta camera ya know.(beta cameras died out in like 85 or sooner)

Also what is with spikes other eye and how did he lose it, his former partner did it ? They eye seems to have enhancements of some sort but it would be nice to have it explained.

These are prob easy questions to answer and I would prob get them from watching the series again but this would speed things up greatly.]


spoiler[ Rune Soldier did any one else find it ended rather quick
# 21 when melissa has to run around doing merals jobs while she out cold. Then all of the sudden 22 23 24 is the end. Is there gong to be a second season to this. I felt that I just finished watching full metal panic season 1(things not finished in away)oh and btw why is the elf (celissa(misspelled I am sure)) miffed at louie for running off to town (#23)din't understand that!

spoiler[Apparently there was an accident while developing the jump gates they use for space travel. From what I gather, one either opened up in the moon or exploded near the moon, causing the surface of the Earth to get blasted by both radiation and one hell of a meteor shower.]

The beta thing is weird, but approx. 2010 seems like a reasonable estimate.

spoiler[They never explain how he lost it. Probably during some mission during his Red Dragon days. Possibly when he defected, but I can't recall if his eye was bandaged during those flashbacks or not. The eye doesn't have any special abilities, it seems to just be an advanced prosthetic...moves like a regular eye (instead of just sitting awkwardly in the socket like modern eye prosthetics), and possibly has some degree of sight. Beyond that, nothing special.]

Then please work on it if you don't want to be called out for it. Poor grammar is against the rules here, not to mention a pain for other members to (attempt to) read.

Well, spoiler[The eye was lost when left the mob. Episode five shows it, while another episode comments on him losing it. It is just a straight replacement, but organic unlike Jet's arm. He keeps the color wrong as a reminder as far as I can tell.]
