Hey all,
I need some help--does anyone know of any academic articles/analyses on Berserk anime or manga? Or articles in printed publications? I need some sources for a paper I'm working on, and it's gotta be sources other than fan pages and message boards, like stuff in academic jouirnals or printed media. Any ideas? Kel |

cant say i do, but i would be happy to start a discussion of it here. i dont really have the time to write about it right now, but ill talk about something of the matter in my next post.

heh, whoops
but i dont think your going to find anything outside of japan. unlike some other manga like akira or lonewolf, Berserk really hasn't broke outside the manga community yet in the us, so finding real articles on it may be difficult. hopefully, DH publishing it will bring more attention to it from the mainstream comic book press. despite its popularity as a anime, i really dont see alot of anime magazines or websites paying it respect either |
