OK, not really the first time anime (& manga) appeared on Jeopardy! as a categories. It happened twice, one in 2008, and again in 2017.

Last time I watched Jeopardy! was before Trebek passed away, the show hasn't been the same since then.

The guy who is running it now is Ken Jennings - who's famous for the Jeopardy record of 74 consecutive wins
