Imho, it feels moe like he accumulated the memories of three lives and developed multiple personality disorder instead. But yep all " souls" are conscious, they don't pass out when they are not in charge. And the high schooler actually feels a lot more like a salary man that I only remember it's a high schooler when it's explicitly said. Overall it's more of a politics + adventure one, definitely fun,.especially if the anime does not mess up and simplify the female characters as they have some really fun personalities. |

That's correct - the original Bard personality is in control most of the time, but occasionally he let's one of the other two take control. And there are scenes where all three talk with each other inside his mind. At least based on the manga adaptation. I haven't read it in years, but I remember enjoying it. |

I was waiting for an Anime adpation of this manga/ln for so long. Finally! This one is in my top 10, maybe even 5 AlphaPolis titles together with titles like Gate and The new gate. I hope somebody licenses the LN and the adaption will not be as bad as the one from The new gate.

Yes, multiple women have romantic feelings for him. If the anime will have 12 episodes three will be shown. |
