According to 2ch this is probably the twitter account for the anime. The translation what is written there is
So it seems the title will be something along the lines of Garasu na Hana to Kowasu Sekai....so we get what...something about glass flowers breaking the world? My best guess about the meta tags is that PC stands for Pony Canyon and the "destroy" and "world" parts means that it'll probably be some sort of apocalyptic scifi fantasy movie...probably. |

劇場アニメ『硝子の花と壊す世界』 The part in 『These Funny Quotation Marks』 indicates a title, so: Theatrical anime "The Glass Flower and the World that Destroys." Or GaraKowa for short. |

The image paired with the keywords definitely seem interesting. Hopefully we get some meat on the bones come friday.
If this turns out to be a good show then I sure hope they license it. It'd be nice if they do like AoA and keep their own titles in the US  .

Like others here, I'm hoping that this is a serious scifi. These are the kind of things that have the potential to beocme my favorite anime.
