This year's 23rd issue of Shonengahosha's Young King magazine revealed on November 12 that Daisuke Watanabe's Gedō no Uta (The Villain's Song) manga will have an important announcement in the magazine's next issue on November 26.
The manga centers on Kamo and his partner Tora, who work in the underworld as "avengers for hire." They take on jobs from the victims of violent crimes and families seeking vengeance for wrongs done to them.
The manga has a planned live-action film adaptation. Kōji Shiraishi (live-action Impossibility Defense, Sadako vs. Kayako films) will direct the film.
The manga launched in Young King in 2016. Shonengahosha published the manga's sixth compiled book volume on June 11, and will ship the seventh volume on November 26. The manga is a sequel to Watanabe's previous Zenaku no Kuzu (The Scum of Good and Evil) manga, which ran in Young King from 2013 to 2016.
