Trivia:

The main character, Fushimi Inari (伏見いなり), is named after the Fushimi Inari Taisha (伏見稲荷大社) Shinto shrine in Fushimi ward of Kyoutou city where the events of the series take place.

The Fushimi Inari Taisha (伏見稲荷大社) Shinto shrine mentioned above is featured prominently throughout the series and is dedicated to Uka-no-Mitama-no-Kami (宇迦之御魂神), the deity of rice, agriculture and foxes who is the second main character in the series.

In the OAV episode, at about 02:18, Tanbabashi is seen leaving Fushimi-Inari train station (伏見稲荷駅) which serves the Kyoutou ward where the events of the series take place.
