The man in question is a kind toy maker named Santa Claus who was found abandoned as a baby within the Forest of Burzee, & ended up being raised by the forest entities. After he reached adulthood and learned how harsh the human world really is, he decided to find a way to help brighten human society. Upon discovering his talent in crafting objects known as toys, Claus has found a purpose in his life by delivering toys to kids in need. Claus continued to deliver toys up to the present day in which the council is currently taking place.
