Trivia:

Iczer-One's name is derived from "ikusa" (戦), which is Japanese for "war".

Fight! Iczer-One borrows multiple elements from Toei's Metal Hero series such as the concept of fighting in an alternate dimension, as well as Michiaki Watanabe's soundtrack.

In episode 2, the Fuji Two ship incorporates design elements of the submarine Gotengo from Toho's 1963 film Atragon (Kaitei Gunkan).
