About:
U.S. Renditions was the anime label of Books Nippan (The US branch of Nippon Shuppan Hanbai, one of Japan's largest book wholesalers).

Their first release was Gunbuster, released in March, 1990.

U.S. Renditions was dissolved when Books Nippan was shut down in the mid 1990s.

Robert Napton, Kevin Seymour and Chad Kime started their anime careers at U.S. Renditions.
