About 10 Sadako 3D x Hello Kitty products to be sold at showings of Sadako 3D film
To mark the release of the latest film in The Ring horror franchise, Sanrio is launching a crossover product line between Hello Kitty and The Ring's iconic nemesis, Sadako, next month. The Sadako 3D film is the franchise's first film which will be shown in stereoscopic 3D.
The Sadako 3D x Hello Kitty line will have three different designs, and about 10 different items are being developed. The items will be sold at theaters, but the chara-ani.com website is also taking pre-orders online.
Sadako 3D will open throughout Japan on May 12.
