High-definition remake of Sengoku Basara franchise goes on sale August 30 in Japan
CAPCOM's official YouTube channel streamed a 16-second TV spot for Sengoku Basara HD Collection on Friday.
The collection gives the Sengoku Basara, Sengoku Basara 2, and Sengoku Basara 2: Heroes games a high-definition makeover on the PlayStation 3 console. A video introducing the title's various characters was streamed last month. A bonus drama CD featuring the winners of the AKB48-style "BSR48" character popularity poll will be bundled with a limited number of the collection's first release.
Sengoku Basara HD Collection arrives in Japan on August 30 for the retail price of 4,990 yen (about USD$63).
