Console launches in N. America on Sunday, Europe on November 30, Japan on December 8
Life-size Miis (avatars for Nintendo's Wii/Wii U consoles) took to the streets of New York City to usher in Sunday's North American launch of Nintendo's Wii U console. Nintendo of America revealed the launch game lineup in September.
The console will launch in Europe on November 30 and in Japan on December 8.
