Haruichi Furudate, Susumu Mitsunaka, Takahiro Kishida draw tributes to sequel & Christmas cards

The Haikyu!! "super stage" event at Jump Festa 2015 confirmed on Saturday that production of an anime sequel has been green-lit. It also unveiled a new visual by character designer Takahiro Kishida.

Manga creator Haruichi Furudate drew Christmas cards for distribution at Jump Festa:

People who verify that they follow the anime's official Twitter account receive an original promo card, while supplies last.

Those who take part in a team battle game will receive a different original promo card:

Haikyu!! is one of many series that received free special editions of fictional Sports newspapers, distributed at the event:

The Weekly Shonen Jump booth features a photo corner where visitors can take a picture of themselves blocking Hinata's attack.

TAKARA TOMY A.R.T.S had its own photo op corner, complete with a recreation of the anime's classroom and cardboard standees signed by the cast:
