Manga artists Moriko Mori (30) and Cota Tomimura (28) announced their marriage on Wednesday. Mori posted an image of his marriage registration form on Twitter stating that he became a couple with Tomimura. Tomimura also announced the news and wrote that it is her second marriage.
Tomimura (pictured right) is the creator of several manga series including the four-panel essay manga Bokutachi LGBT (We are LGBT) and Jitsuroku! Tō-san Densetsu (Reality! Dad's Legend). She will launch Gal to Kyōryū (The Gal and the Dinosaur) in Kodansha's Young Magazine this fall.
Mori creates the Sayonara, High School (Good—by, High School) manga that currently runs on Akita Publishing's Manga Cross website.
Mori writes under the feminine name Moriko, but his Twitter profile states that he is a man. Tomimura works under the typically masculine name Cota (Kōta).
