That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Manga, Novels Top BookWalker Sales for 2019 (First Half)

Taiki Kawakami's manga adaptation of Fuse's That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime novels was the top-selling series on Kadokawa Shoten's e-book vendor BookWalker for the first half of 2019. The novels placed second.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime won the grand prize for the BookWalker 2018 award. The manga was also the top seller on BookWalker for 2018.
Fuse launched the story serially on "Shōsetsuka ni Narō" website from 2013 to 2016. Micro Magazine began publishing the series in print in 2014, and it shipped the 13th volume on September 28. Taiki Kawakami launched the manga adaptation, which the television anime adaptation is based on, in Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine in 2015. The anime premiered on October 1 last year.
