Tokyo's Kirby Café is Here to Stay
posted on by Lynzee Loveridge
The pink puffball Kirby opened his own cafe in Tokyo last year and his restaurant has been so successful that it plans to stick around permanently. The Kirby Café will stay at its location in the Tokyo Solamachi complex. A countdown campaign with photo spots for customers will start on October 7.

Staff announced the news on October 1. The café's associated store will stay open, too.
The first Kirby Café ran from August to October 2016. The latest iteration was scheduled to run from September 2018 to February 2019. The menu included Waddle Dee's Nap Omurice, Kirby's Suction Caprese, Whispy Woods' Full-of-Zest Sweets Plate, and more.
