Foz Afternoon Animation details

Final details on the changes ocurring to Fox's afternoon animation block are as follows: As of December 31st the afternoon slot will be turned over to the Fox afiliates to do with as they see fit. Some stations may continue to show animation, adn Anime, others may not.
