The other OVA, The Long Goodbye, has a French sub-titled version on YouTube that has been there for about 5 years (about 55 minutes long ):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGKHtRLZi00 Titled: [ERR] "Mahou no Tenshi Creamy Mami - OAV 3 Long Goodbye VOSTFR" I can't read French, so I had to dip into Google translate for a few bits, but the rest of the comedy was pretty obvious. Mostly.  Towards the end, there are scenes from a movie being made within the OVA, kind of as an internal short, and that took a lot more translation googling, and didn't come off as all that interesting for me. I really liked Creamy Mami, so overall it was worth it for me, but I think most peoples mileage will vary a good bit on the internal short.

I actually disagree with the idea that the recap section works smoothly. Cutting down 52 episodes into under an hour made some character relationships and emotional moments feel way too rushed for me, especially Yuu’s bond with Megumi and the buildup around Mami’s farewell.
